“Mental fatigue is a condition characterized by excessive mental tiredness.”

This condition can lead to serious problems including reduced productivity, poor performance at work and impairment of physical functioning. Three out of ten workers reported being emotionally tired of work more than once a week, and 35% reported feeling exhausted with the same frequency.
